Had previously purchased from an Eastern states on line service, did no go well. For this purchase of dryer parts I found WA appliance parts in Morley, I did not expect they would have the parts and I thought they would be more expensive, How wrong I was, they had all the parts at great prices. I called them first and there were very friendly and efficient, on visiting the store to pick up the parts the experience just got better with great advice and very friendly. No more eastern states for me.

Got the parts needed.. but don't expect to be greeted with any niceties. Not a single 'hi, how are you' or 'have a nice day' from a single person. Been into this business a few times and it is always the same.

My electrical business has used WA Appliance parts for years. They're always friendly, willing to help and reasonably priced. Is always a relief when you're welcomed by someone willing to help when you're looking for an appliance part.EDIT: Can no longer give the initial rating of 5 stars. After years of my business using WA Appliance parts as a supplier, they've closed my account due to inactivity". I received a price for a genuine part that I was able to get for a third of the price quoted by WA Appliance Parts. Very disappointed. What's the purpose of closing a cash only account without notice?"

We needed to replace oven seals, we emailed and received a response from Reece with the price and the part numbers, also advising they where in stock. I called in today and was served by Jon, very friendly and efficient service. This is not the first time dealing with this business and each time the customer service is very good. Well done guys.

Excellent service.I went there to get a replacement drain hose for my Whirlpool washing machine. They didn't have the original part but the last there took the trouble to look through her database until she found a generic one that did the job. The price was good too. 19 for a 2.5 m hose
