If you live in the Hills then like me you'll be glad to know a professional friendly and well stocked appliance parts supplier has opened up on GEH in Bellevue. I went all the way to Morley to get a part for my European oven only to find the supplier was closed and I was so lucky to find Perth Appliance Parts were open on a Saturday morning and much closer to home. The service and advice was top notch too. Thanks.

With a broken oven mode selector dial, I was keen to get the oven working again as quickly as possible. A quick online search led me to Perth Appliance Spares - servicing the Eastern suburbs and Hills area. Great support over the phone had the part ordered within 24 hours, and I picked up the replacement unit the following week. They were even good enough to give me some installation pointers over the phone - saving me $100's in a service call charge and tradie labour rates. Thanks Don and the team - if they don't have it in store, they'll get it for you - and at great prices. Highly recommended!

After sitting on the phone attempting to get part (a new waterpump) from numerous Samsung Parts Suppliers this morning and getting the run around, I called this retailer who over the phone advised me he had numerous pumps on the shelf. Bloody great service in an efficient manner. The bloody dealers could learn a lot from this company .Thanks guys for your help.See you again.

Helped me quickly work out which replacement part I needed for a washing machine. Helpful, friendly advice over the phone which was followed up by the same in store.They also gave additional advice on how to prevent the situation from occurring again.Would definitely recommend

Clothes Dryer door fell off. Everywhere i rang needed to order it in. These guys had it in stock so was able to pick up same day and while at the shop they gave me instructions on how to install easy. $80 DIY compared to the $350 quoted to me by another company to come and install. They also advised that if i need to call them out for something too complicated for me in future they also have a call out fee but with their fee it covers call out and whatever time it takes to fix problem. No additional fees for extra 15 min intervals etc.
